Peripheral Neuropathy Breakthrough - NeuRemedy, "The Neuropathy Vitamin"

Dr. Michael More discusses how he uses NeuRemedy, "The Neuropathy Vitamin" to manage his patients with peripheral neuropathy.

http://www.NeuRemedy.com

The special formulation in NeuRemedy has been clinically shown to reduce the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy including pain, burning, numbness and tingling.

Peripheral neuropathy is a condition in which the nerves of the feet and/or legs do not function properly. Common symptoms include tingling, numbness, sharp pains and/or burning pains to the affected parts of the body. There are over one hundred known causes of peripheral neuropathy. Treatments for peripheral neuropathy vary depending on its cause. Thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency is a well known cause of peripheral neuropathy. Diabetics and non-diabetics alike may be thiamine deficient. If you have tingling, numbness, sharp pains and/or burning pains to the feet, legs and/or hands you may be thiamine deficient. Reversing thiamine deficiency is a well known and often highly successful way to nutritionally manage peripheral neuropathy.

Groups that have been shown to have a high incidence of thiamine deficiency are, among others, the elderly, people with diabetes, people who have had gastric bypass surgery or patients on certain medications. For these people, NeuRemedy may nutritionally manage peripheral neuropathy by delivering a highly bioactive form of the micro-nutrient thiamine to where it is needed, the nerve cells. In a very real sense, NeuRemedy works by nourishing the nerves. That's why NeuRemedy is known as "The Neuropathy Vitamin".

Some people are helped within a few days of taking NeuRemedy. Some need to take NeuRemedy for as long as two months to determine if the nutritional management provided by NeuRemedy is effective for them.

Most patients that have neuropathy have problems with burning, stinging, stabbing pains in their feet. There's not a whole lot we do for it. We're able to give them some medications that treat symptoms of neuropathy, but not actually the neuropathy itself. There's a new product, Neuremedy, it's actually a thiamine derivative that actually replaces the vitamin deficiency that patients with neuropathy have. By taking this one tablet twice a day they are able to decrease the burning, stinging, stabbing pains that they have. Most patients come to us and want to try anything to stop these pains. In our practice we've had great success with Neuremedy and they have had it and come back for more and say this is a Godsend, it's something we've never had before. We have pain free days.

We've been using Neuremedy in our clinic for patients that have diabetic sensory peripheral neuropathy. And we've been finding a greater than 90 percent change in their symptomatology. Patients are finding that their tingling, their burning, their fatigue in their legs is disappearing with the use of Neuremedy. Neuremedy uses thiamine, fat soluble thiamine, to re-nourish and replenish the nerves in patients that are suffering from sensory peripheral neuropathy. We've been using the product for over one year now and have found really favorable results with symptomatology decreased pain and decrease in numbness.

As podiatrists, we often have patients with peripheral neuropathy. This is known as problems with the nerves, it can be stabbing, shooting, burning, severe pain in the lower extremities, the feet , the ankles,

and the legs. Now, how do we address this? Our goal is to get the safest, simplest, least expensive type of product to a patient. And often this is seen with neuropathy in patients with diabetes, back problems, and a variety of etiologies. We found NeuRemedy which is worked beautifully. The reason is it's a medical food so the side effects are minimal, very inexpensive relative to other products out there and very simple to take. So we have the benefit to the patient is decreased pain, more ability to walk around and it basically isn't stinging anymore, it's not burning, it's not stabbing, our patients are loving it. Now, there are other medications sometimes that are necessary, but again due to the safety profile of this, and inexpensive nature, NeuRemedy has been a great asset to our practice and patients.

Neuropathy is one of the most frustrating diagnoses that a podiatrist can treat. About two years ago I came on board with the NeuRemedy and implemented into my practice protocol. I frankly went in as one of the skeptics in this and very happily, I was proven wrong. NeuRemedy is a fat soluble form of thiamine which has been documented to show improvement in the symptoms of neuropathy and neuritis. Patients take it twice a day and they are almost universally coming back to me and telling me that they have improvements in their signs and symptoms of neuropathy whether it be as an adjunct to their current medicines or as a stand alone product.

We see thousands of diabetic patients every year with neuropathy. We often times nutritionally manage these patients with a medical food called NeuRemedy. It's an interesting fact to note that diabetics lose thiamine at a rate 25 times greater than non-diabetics. We manage this thiamine deficiency with NeuRemedy which is a fat soluble thiamine which has helped our neuropathy patients greatly and improved their quality of life.
