Plantar Warts

Overview

Plantar warts occur on the sole of the foot. They canbe very painful because the entire weight of the body presses against them when walking. Plantar warts are usually rough with hard calluses around the painful wart. The center of the wart has small pinpoint spots, these are the small capillaries that supply blood to the wart. Scraping the wart maycause bleeding because of these small blood vessels.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Injections

What is Platelet Rich Plasma(PRP)?

PRP is a concentration of platelet cells from your blood with growth factors. This helps the healing process of chronic problems or injuries. These bioactive proteins initiate connective tissue healing and promote development of new blood vessels.

How does PRP work and what can be treated?

First, the area to be injected is numbed so the injection doesn't hurt. Once the plasma platelets are obtained and injected into the chronic painful area this increases the platelets and growth factors 500%. It can be used for chronic foot pain such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

http://www.kcfootcare.com

 Morton's Neuroma

Overview

Morton's Neuroma is enlarged nerve that usually occurs between the third and fourth toes, but a neuroma can also occur between the second and third toe.

The nerve lies in the subcutaneous tissue, just above the fat pad on the bottom of the foot between the metatarsal bones. The ground pushes up on the enlarged nerve with each step causing the nerve to be pinched between the metatarsal bones causing pain. The nerve normally gets bigger from the pinching and increases in pain as the problem gets worse.

Symptoms

The most common symptom is localized pain between the metatarsal bones on the bottom of the foot. It can be sharp and is worsened by shoes or walking. Many time people have shooting or throbbing pain when they are off their feet.

Diagnosis

Usually it is easy, there is localized pain on the bottom of the foot. Commonly simply palpation to the area elicits pain when we hold the foot and push careful on the area which causes a audible click which is the nerve being pinched between the metatarsal bones.

Treatment

In most causes a mild steroid injection given 1 to 3 times over a few week period this can reduce the pain. If pain persists, chemical neurolysis injections can be used its generally very helpful but may result in slight numbness to the nerve area. In some cases custom orthotics can help also.

Surgery is rarely necessary, The incision is made on top of the foot to prevent a bad scar on the sole of the foot this also allows for early weight bearing after surgery, this can be performed in the office or outpatient. Complications are rare, but the nerve can redevelop.

http://www.kcfootcare.com

Ingrown Toenails

Overview

Ingrown toenails are very common. It's a very painful condition that occurs when the skin on the side of a toenail grows over the edge of the nail, or when the nail grows into the skin.

Causes

Ingrown toenails can develop for many reasons. In some cases, the toenails are simply too long. Trauma, such as stubbing a toe or having someone step on it can cause the nail to jam into the skin. Incorrect cutting and also cause them. Many times they are a hereditary condition because of the shape of the toes or nails.

Symptoms

Ingrown nails should be treated as soon as possible. If the skin is red, painful, or swollen on the sides of the nail, there may be an infection. The ingrown nail can produce a bacteria-rich environment that can cause an infection. The infection must be treated quickly by numbing the toe and trimming it out followed sometimes with antibiotics.

Treatment

The patient can self treat with mild antiseptic solution to the area and soaking in antibacterial soap with some water. If this doesn't improve it within 24 hours then see a podiatrist.

If you have to see us for treatment we first numb the toe before we treat it. If the problem has never occurred before then trimming out the ingrown nail should solve the problem. If the nail is a recurrent problem then permanent excision of a small portion of the nail with a chemical solution can be done; it heals over 7 to 10 days. Normally no time off from work is necessary.

Heel Pain—Heel Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis

Overview

Pain is located in the center of the heel into the arch. This problem is one of the most common foot conditions. It causes pain just getting up after sitting or in the a.m. With fasciitis it is very common for an x-ray to show no heel spur.

Causes of Heel Pain

We use the terms plantar fasciitis and heel spur interchangeably for heel type pain.

There are many structures attached to the heel bone. The primary structures are the plantar fascia and plantar muscles. As we walk or run the arch flattens to absorb the body's weight, causing stress on the fascia and pulling away of the heel bone, causing a bone spur. It normally takes years to develop spurs. Pain in the heel can be caused by the bone, fascia or heel nerve.

Poor fitting shoes can exacerbate the pain. The cost of the shoes is not as important as the fit. Make sure you have your feet measured once a year when buying new shoes. You should use well cushioned and supportive shoes with good lateral support.

Signs and Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis and Bone Spurs

The pain can be centrally located in the heel or arch it can be worse in the morning and after sitting but improves as the day goes on. The pain with first steps in the morning and after rest is caused by pulling of the fascia and plantar muscles off of the heel bone. If you have pain—without weight bearing—that is shooting in nature, it is caused by the nerve on the side of the heel.

Treatment for Plantar Fasciitis and Bone Spurs

Heel spurs are caused by inflammation at the insertion of the plantar fascia into the heel bone. The condition can be treated successfully using a conservative approach in 98% of the cases. Diagnosis includes a physical exam and possible an x-ray, especially if there is a history of trauma. Heel pain can be reduced by using trigger point injections of a mild steroid from the side of the foot with a cold spray to numb the skin to significantly reduce the pain from the injection. Typically, treatment requires 1 to 3 office visits for evaluation and injections. If nerve pain is present that causes shooting pain at rest, this can be treated with dehydrated alcohol injections to destroy the painful section of the nerve.

As we start treatment it's important to support the arch with an OTC arch support, wrapping the arch with reusable wraps or coban. When treating long term, Custom Orthotics are often the best choice. They are constructed from a flexible plastic material and can made to fit both gym and dress shoes.

If heel pain is intolerable or persists after conservative treatment, new treatments are available—PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections or Shockwave Therapy. Surgery today is rare but, if necessary after all treatments, it is usually successful.

Dr. Thomas Bembynista of KC Foot Care discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Hammertoes.

Hammertoes

Overview

Toe deformities are commonly caused by bunion's, flatfeet or heredity factors. The toes are vital in correct walking or running. There are at least six sets of small muscles that control each toe. If there is an imbalance in the foot, these smaller muscles can be overpowered by larger lower leg muscles causing hammer toe development over time.

Symptoms

Hammertoes normally affect the second, third and fourth digits but can affect the outside of the fifth toe also. The toe becomes bent in a fixed position with a slow developing callus .Many time it causes pain from shoe rub and callus thickening. If the hammer toe is long standing it's not uncommon to also have pain on the ball of the foot with or without a callus under the painful toe.

Treatment

Treatments for hammer toes depends on the severity . When first starts we can use a orthotic or a minor in office tendon release can give a excellent result.

Without early treatment the soft tissues and muscles become tighter and the deformity becomes rigid. If that occurs more involved surgery is required.

A minor surgical procedure can be done either in the office or outpatient. A incision is made on top of the toe and a small piece of bone is removed to straighten the toe. If the toe is rigid and doesn't bend then the same procedure is performed but we use a absorbable pin to keep it straight . Rarely is a removable metal pin necessary toe hold the toe straight.

 Orthotics

What is an Orthotic?

Orthotics are custom made devices that are used to control abnormal foot function. They are made from a plaster cast of your feet with the foot in a non-weight-bearing position. This is the key to get a great fit.

Orthotics can be made for both sport and dress type shoes. Sometimes with dress orthotics, to get a proper fit, we ask you for a pair of shoes to send with the cast. Orthotics are flexible and can be made to be full length within the shoe with padding. We rarely make rigid orthotics because they are hard to wear and can hurt the feet.

What problems can orthotics help?

Custom orthotics can be used to treat a wide range of problems. They can help to reduce general foot pain and fatigue. They help many times with knee pain and lower back pain by maintaining correct foot function and shock absorption in the heel area.

Orhtotics can benefit the following:

  • Heel pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Neuromas
  • Bunions

Why choose our orthotics?

  1. We diagnose and make the correct type of orthotic.
  2. We provide custom fabrication of orthotics
  3. We'll give you fast turn around time
  4. You will get the type of orthotic that is best for you, i.e., flexible sport type or dress type for high heel or dress type shoes.

http://www.kcfootcare.com

 Bunions

General Info

A bunion is an enlargement of bone at the base of the big toe. It can occur on one or both feet. The big toe becomes deviated towards the second toe—this is called "Hallux Valgus." This term describes the position of the big toe in relationship to the midline of the foot. The problem is progressive and can cause hammer toes and pain in the ball of the foot.

 Causes of Bunions and Progression

Bunions are normally inherited and get worse as we age. It's very commonly painful, varying with shoe type and the kind of work we do. Pronation causes the foot to be unstable and contributes to bunion progression. This slowly overpowers the stabilizing force of the muscles in the arch, causing the big toe to bend and become weak. Many times calluses develop on the side of the bunion or big toe because of the deviation of the big toe.

Bunions may worsen with tight, point-toed, or high-heeled shoes. Shoes that are too small can exacerbate the underlying cause. Women tend to develop painful bunions more than men.

Over time the bunion can become very painful. This causes changes in the shape of the foot and alters the biomechanics, causing general foot and leg pain. If the bunion starts pushing on the second toe it causes hammer toes; that's why early treatment is necessary.

Non-Surgical Treatments for Bunions

If treated early in its progression, shoe changes, and possibly a custom orthotic, can help. Also, if big toe joint pain is present, an oral anti-inflammatory or topical analgesic cream should be tried. When you have pain in the big toe joint, that's a form of capsulitis, which can be treated with a few injections of a mild steroid; this will normally help but will not stop the bunion progression.

Surgery for Bunions

If pain isn't improved with non-surgical care then a surgical procedure is necessary. The bunionectomy is a removal of the bunion enlargement and correction of the big toe deviation with a osteotomy (cut in the bone), which is stabilized with countersunk screw fixation.

Surgery is usually outpatient under IV sedation. This type of sedation is very safe—you are breathing on your own and it is like you are in a deep sleep; then the foot is numbed and the procedure performed. The patient is given postoperative instructions and pain medication. We normally phone out your pain medication for pickup. The patient is asked to start taking the pain medication before the numbing wears off, breaking the pain cycle. You should take the medication throughout the night and for the first 24 to 36 hours. When surgery is done outpatient, Dr. Bembynista will call you that night to make sure you're doing well and to answer any questions. He also provides both his home and cell numbers to all surgical patients. You will see us back the following week at which time we will change your bandage and review range of motion exercises for the big toe joint. Sutures are normally removed within 2 weeks. Return to a regular shoe is normally within the first or second month.

It's important to understand that internal fixation via screws and early range of motion reduces the time of return to regular activities, work or sports.

Ingrown Toenail Treatment - Lower Manhattan Podiatrist in NYC – Maiden Lane Podiatry

Dr. Jerry Leff of Maiden Lane Podiatry discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Ingrown Toenail.

http://maidenlanepodiatry.com

Ingrown toenails, also known as onychocryptosis, is usually caused by trimming toenails too short, particularly on the sides of the big toes. They may also be caused by shoe pressure (from shoes that are too tight or short), injury, fungus infection, heredity, or poor foot structure. Ingrown toenails occur when the corners or sides of the toenail dig into the skin, often causing infection. A common ailment, ingrown toenails can be painful. Ingrown toenails start out hard, swollen, and tender. Left untreated, they may become sore, red, and infected and the skin may start to grow over the ingrown toenail.

In most cases, treating ingrown toenails is simple: soak the foot in warm, soapy water several times each day. Avoid wearing tight shoes or socks. Antibiotics are sometimes prescribed if an infection is present. Note: Please consult your physician before taking any medications. In severe cases, if an acute infection occurs, surgical removal of part of the ingrown toenail may be needed. Known as partial nail plate avulsion, the procedure involves injecting the toe with an anesthetic and cutting out the ingrown part of the toenail.

Ingrown toenails can be prevented by:

  • Trimming toenails straight across with no rounded corners.
  • Ensuring that shoes and socks are not too tight.
  • Keeping feet clean at all times.

Dr. Jerry Leff of Maiden Lane Podiatry discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Heel Pain.

http://maidenlanepodiatry.com

Plantar fasciitis is the term commonly used to refer to heel and arch pain traced to an inflammation on the bottom of the foot. More specifically, plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue, called plantar fascia, that stretches from the base of the toes, across the arch of the foot, to the point at which it inserts into the heel bone. Overpronation is the most common cause of plantar fasciitis. As the foot rolls inward excessively when walking, it flattens the foot, lengthens the arch, and puts added tension on the plantar fascia. Over time, this causes inflammation.

Also known as heel spur syndrome, the condition is often successfully treated with conservative measures, such as the use of anti-inflammatory medications, ice packs, stretching exercises, orthotic devices, and physical therapy. Note: Please consult your physician before taking any medications. In persistent cases, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Treatment (ESWT) may be used to treat the heel pain.

Diabetic Foot Care - Lower Manhattan Podiatrist - Maiden Lane Podiatry - NYC

Diabetic Foot Care - Lower Manhattan Podiatrist in NYC - Maiden Lane Podiatry

Dr. Jerry Leff of Maiden Lane Podiatry discusses why it is so important for diabetics to see a podiatrist on a regular basis.

http://maidenlanepodiatry.com

According to the American Diabetes Association, about 15.7 million people (5.9 percent of the United States population) have diabetes. Nervous system damage (also called neuropathy) affects about 60 to 70 percent of people with diabetes and is a major complication that may cause diabetics to lose feeling in their feet or hands.

Foot problems are a big risk in diabetics. Diabetics must constantly monitor their feet or face severe consequences, including amputation. With a diabetic foot, a wound as small as a blister from wearing a shoe that's too tight can lead to a lot of damage. Diabetes decreases blood flow, so injuries are slow to heal. When a wound is not healing, it is at risk for infection and infections spread quickly in diabetics.

When a diabetic foot becomes numb, it may be at risk for deformity. One way this happens is through ulcers. Small, unattended cuts become open sores, which may then become infected. Another way is the bone condition Charcot Foot. This is one of the most serious foot problems diabetics face. It warps the shape of the foot when bones fracture and disintegrate, and yet, because of numbness there is no pain, and the individual continues to walk on the foot. Our practice can treat diabetic foot ulcers and early phases of Charcot (pronounced "sharko") fractures using a total contact cast and prevent more serious damage or deformity. This treatment allows the ulcer to heal by distributing weight and relieving pressure. For Charcot Foot, the cast controls foot movement and supports its contours.

If you have diabetes, you should inspect your feet every day. Look for puncture wounds, bruises, pressure areas, redness, warmth, blisters, ulcers, scratches, cuts, and nail discoloration. Get someone to help you, or use a mirror.

Here's some basic advice for taking care of diabetic feet:

  • Always keep your feet warm.
  • Don't get your feet wet in snow or rain.
  • Keep feet away from heat (heating pads, hot water pads, electric blankets, radiators, fireplaces). You can burn your feet without knowing it. Water temperature should be less than 92 degrees. Estimate with your elbow or bath thermometer (you can get one in any store that sells infant products).
  • Don't smoke or sit cross-legged. Both decrease blood supply to your feet.
  • Don't soak your feet.
  • Don't use antiseptic solutions (such as iodine or salicylic acid) or over-the-counter treatments for corns or calluses.
  • Don't use any tape or sticky products, such as corn plasters, on your feet. They can rip your skin.
  • Trim your toenails straight across. Avoid cutting the corners. Use a nail file or emery board. If you find an ingrown toenail, contact our office for treatment.
  • Use quality lotion to keep the skin of your feet soft and moist, but don't put any lotion between your toes.
  • Wash your feet every day with mild soap and warm water.
  • Wear loose socks to bed.
  • Wear warm socks and shoes in winter.
  • When drying your feet, pat each foot with a towel and be careful between your toes.
  • Buy shoes that are comfortable without a "breaking-in" period. Check how your shoe fits in width, length, back, bottom of heel, and sole. Avoid pointed-toe styles and high heels. Try to get shoes made with leather upper material and deep toe boxes. Wear new shoes for only two hours or less at a time.
  • Don't wear the same pair of shoes everyday. Inspect the inside of each shoe looking for foreign objects, protruding nails, or any rough spots inside before putting them on. Don't lace your shoes too tightly or loosely.
  • Choose socks and stockings carefully. Wear clean, dry socks every day and always wear socks with shoes. Avoid socks with holes or wrinkles. Thin cotton socks are more absorbent for summer wear. Square-toes socks will not squeeze your toes. Avoid stockings with elastic tops or garters.
  • Never wear sandals or thongs (flip-flops) and never go barefoot, indoors or out.
  • In the winter, wear warm socks and protective outer footwear. Avoid getting your feet wet in the snow and rain and avoid letting your toes get cold.
  • Don't file down, remove, or shave off corns or calluses yourself.

Contact our office immediately if you experience any injury to your foot. Even a minor injury is an emergency for a patient with diabetes.

Custom Orthotics - NYC Lower Manhattan - Podiatrist  - Maiden Lane Podiatry

Dr. Jerry Leff of Maiden Lane Podiatry discusses the use of Custom Orthotics. Custom Orthotics can help correct biomechanical problems of the foot to alleviate heel pain and other foot problems.

http://maidenlanepodiatry.com

Orthotics, also known as orthoses, refers to any device inserted into a shoe, ranging from felt pads to custom-made shoe inserts that correct an abnormal or irregular, walking pattern. Sometimes called arch supports, orthotics allow people to stand, walk, and run more efficiently and comfortably. While over-the-counter orthotics are available and may help people with mild symptoms, they normally cannot correct the wide range of symptoms that prescription foot orthoses can since they are not custom made to fit an individual's unique foot structure.

Orthotic devices come in many shapes, sizes, and materials and fall into three main categories: those designed to change foot function, those that are primarily protective in nature, and those that combine functional control and protection.

Rigid Orthotics
Rigid orthotic devices are designed to control function and are used primarily for walking or dress shoes. They are often composed of a firm material, such as plastic or carbon fiber. Rigid orthotics are made from a mold after a podiatrist takes a plaster cast or other kind of image of the foot. Rigid orthotics control motion in the two major foot joints that lie directly below the ankle joint and may improve or eliminate strains, aches, and pains in the legs, thighs, and lower back.

Soft Orthotics
Soft orthotics are generally used to absorb shock, increase balance, and take pressure off uncomfortable or sore spots. They are usually effective for diabetic, arthritic, and deformed feet. Soft orthotics are typically made up of soft, cushioned materials so that they can be worn against the sole of the foot, extending from the heel past the ball of the foot, including the toes. Like rigid orthotics, soft orthotics are also made from a mold after a podiatrist takes a plaster cast or other kind of image of the foot.

Semi-Rigid Orthotics
Semi-rigid orthotics provide foot balance for walking or participating in sports. The typical semi-rigid orthotic is made up of layers of soft material, reinforced with more rigid materials. Semi-rigid orthotics are often prescribed for children to treat flatfoot and in-toeing or out-toeing disorders. These orthotics are also used to help athletes mitigate pain while they train and compete.

Bunions (Bunion Care) - NYC Lower Manhattan Podiatrist  - Maiden Lane Podiatry

Dr. Jerry Leff of Maiden Lane Podiatry discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Bunions.

http://maidenlanepodiatry.com

A bunion is a bone deformity caused by an enlargement of the joint at the base and side of the big toe (metatarsophalangeal joint). Bunions form when the toe moves out of place. The enlargement and its protuberance cause friction and pressure as they rub against footwear. Over time, the movement of the big toe angles in toward the other toes, sometimes overlapping a third toe (known as Hallux Valgus). The growing enlargement or protuberance then causes more irritation or inflammation. In some cases, the big toe moves toward the second toe and rotates or twists, which is known as Hallus Abducto Valgus. Bunions can also lead to other toe deformities, such as hammertoe.

Many people with bunions suffer from discomfort and pain from the constant irritation, rubbing, and friction of the enlargement against shoes. The skin over the toe becomes red and tender. Because this joint flexes with every step, the bigger the bunion gets, the more it hurts to walk. Over time, bursitis or arthritis may set in, the skin on the bottom of the foot may become thicker, and everyday walking may become difficult—all contributing to chronic pain.

Wearing shoes that are too tight is the leading cause of bunions. Bunions are not hereditary, but they do tend to run in families, usually because of a faulty foot structure. Foot injuries, neuromuscular problems, flat feet, and pronated feet can contribute to their formation. It is estimated that bunions occur in 33 percent of the population in Western countries.

Treatment for Bunions

Because they are bone deformities, bunions do not resolve by themselves. The goal for bunion treatment is twofold: first, to relieve the pressure and pain caused by irritations, and second to stop any progressive growth of the enlargement. Commonly used methods for reducing pressure and pain caused by bunions include:

  • Protective padding, often made from felt material, to eliminate the friction against shoes and help alleviate inflammation and skin problems.
  • Removal of corns and calluses on the foot.
  • Changing to carefully fitted footwear designed to accommodate the bunion and not contribute toward its growth.
  • Orthotic devices—both over-the-counter and custom made—to help stabilize the joint and place the foot in the correct position for walking and standing.
  • Exercises to maintain joint mobility and prevent stiffness or arthritis.
  • Splints for nighttime wear to help the toes and joint align properly. This is often recommended for adolescents with bunions, because their bone development may still be adaptable.

Surgical Treatment

Depending on the size of the enlargement, misalignment of the toe, and pain experienced, conservative treatments may not be adequate to prevent progressive damage from bunions. In these cases, bunion surgery, known as a bunionectomy, may be advised to remove the bunion and realign the toe.

Dr. Brandon Macy of Clark Podiatry Center discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for heel pain (plantar fasciitis).

 http://www.clarkpodiatry.com

Children’s Foot Care - Podiatrist in Cherry Hill, Voorhees and West Deptford, NJ[[posterous-content:pid___0]]

Dr. Amy Herskowitz of Woodbury Foot Care Centre discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Children’s Foot Problems.

 http://www.sjfootdoctors.com

Children with strong, healthy feet avoid many kinds of lower extremity problems later in life. That's why it is important to inspect your children's feet periodically.

Infants

The size and shape of your baby's feet change quickly during their first year. Because a baby's feet are flexible, too much pressure or strain can affect the shape of their feet. It's important to allow baby to kick and stretch their feet freely. Also, make sure shoes and socks do not squeeze the toes.

Toddlers

Do not to force a toddler to walk before s/he is ready. Once walking begins, watch the toddler's gait. Many toddlers have a pigeon-toe gait, which is normal. Some initially learn to walk landing on their toes instead of their heels. Most children outgrow both these problems. But other conditions detected early can be treated more easily.

When Foot Care Is Needed

To help with flatfeet, special shoes or orthotics may be prescribed. To correct mild in-toeing or out-toeing, your toddler may need to sit in a different position while playing or watching TV. If your child's feet turn in or out a lot, corrective shoes, splints, or night braces may be prescribed.

The foot's bone structure is well-formed by the time your child reaches age 7 or 8, but if a growth plate (the area where bone growth begins) is injured, the damaged plate may cause the bone to grow oddly. With a doctor's care, however, the risk of future bone problems is reduced.

Remember to check your child's shoe size often. Make sure there is space between the toes and the end of the shoe and that the shoes are roomy enough to allow the toes to move freely. Don't let your child wear hand-me-down shoes.

Dr. Amy Herskowitz of Woodbury Foot Care Centre discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for foot and ankle fractures.

 http://www.sjfootdoctors.com

Nearly one-fourth of all the bones in your body are in your feet. A broken (fractured) bone in your forefoot or in one of your toes is often painful, but rarely disabling. Most of the time, these injuries heal without operative treatment.

There are two types of foot fractures: stress fractures and general bone fractures. Stress fractures usually occur in the bones of the forefoot extending from the toes to the middle of the foot. Stress fractures are like tiny cracks in the bone surface. They can happen with sudden increases in exercise (such as running or walking for longer distances or times), improper training techniques, or a change in surfaces.

Most other types of fractures extend through the bone, and are called bone fractures. They may be stable, in which there is no shift in bone alignment, or displaced, in which the bone ends no longer line up properly. Bone fractures usually result from trauma, such as dropping a heavy object on your foot, or from a twisting injury. If the fractured bone does not break through the skin, it is called a closed fracture. If the fracture does break through the skin, it is called an open fracture.

Because of the complex structures in the foot, there are some other, more specific types of fractures that can occur. For example, the fifth metatarsal, known as the little or pinky toe, is susceptible to a variety of different fractures. The relationship between the ankle and the foot can be compromised by an ankle-twisting injury, which may tear the tendon that attaches to this bone and pull a small piece of the bone away. A more serious injury in the same area is known as a Jones fracture, which occurs near the base of the bone and disrupts its blood supply. This injury may take longer to heal or require surgery.

Common symptoms for any type of foot fracture includes pain, swelling, and sometimes bruising. Be sure to seek medical attention for any suspected foot fracture.

Ingrown Toenails - Podiatrist in Fairfield CT, Roslyn and Huntington NY

Dr. Pedram Hendizadeh of Associated Podiatrists discusses the symptoms, causes and treatments for Ingrown Toenails.

 http://www.greatfootcare.com

Cuidado del Pie Diabético - Podólogo en NYC Manhattan y White Plains, NY

Cuidado del Pie Diabético - Podólogo en NYC Manhattan y White Plains, NY

http://www.adlerfootcare.com

http://www.adlerfootcare.com

Venga a Adler Foot Care y déjenos ayudarle.
